Description: Why settle for just another faceless, noisy motel room when you can have an enjoyable and memorable experience at the Driftwood Lodge. Relax in the privacy of our cozy mountain cottage. Sit by the fireplace or soak in the hot tub. Either way you can enjoy a beautiful view of the rock cliffs of scenic Summersville Lake. We offer a comfortable, very private, 2-bedroom cottage. It has a fireplace in the living room, as well as a tv/dvd/vcr/cd, and several unusual and interesting antiques. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a unique, antique headboard and the second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a microwave and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are provided should your stay be an extended one. Our huge deck not only has a magnificent view but also a hot tub and a built in barbecue grill. All linens, towels, kitchenware and other amenities are furnished to help make your stay more enjoyable. Should you prefer to dine out, there are several excellent restaurants nearby, as well as bars and clubs,if you enjoy a more spirited night life. There are also several DANDY DAY TRIPS 30/45 minutes away. Driftwood Lodge is bathed in the shade of our beautiful forest and cooled by gentle mountain and lake breezes but is equipped with air conditioning for those who can't be too cool!

Other: All rates are based on 4 adults and a $15.00 per adult, per night charge applies over 4 unless otherwise stated. We'll "otherwise state" here that there is no additional charge for extra adults in Major Harding's Abode or The Gauly Get-Away.

Children aged 16 and under are free.
